Initially we contacted you to be a listing agent for a home in Ridgefield, WA. That did not work out. It was not from the lack of information or consideration that you gave us, but rather from circumstances beyond our control. Your council and caring attitude even when the sale did not materialize made you our number one choice when we were ready to purchase another property. Many times in the customer services industry, reliable representatives are hard to find. You impressed us with your attention to detail, your advice and recommendations, which by the way were always correct even if we did not like the message at the time. Example:
Early Occupancy... the seller seemed so reliable and willing and good to his word... it was hard to hear you say that it was in our best interest to wait. Harder still to wait the extra 4 days, but we are ever so glad we did. Those few minor things that he promised to fix after signing have never been done. I shudder to think what would have happened if we had moved things in before it was legally ours. You showed us that you cared for what was in our best interests and we, not your commission, were your first concern in this sale. You expressed a genuine concern for our needs and our fears and put up with all our questions and frustrations.

That is no small effort. We appreciate that you never talked down to us, but explained for the umpteenth time what that legal phrase meant or what our options were in a situation. Purchasing a home is considerably more complicated now than it was 30 years ago.
Time has proved that we made a very wise choice selecting you for our agent. We sincerely doubt the sale would have happened as quickly and successfuly if it had not been for your hard work. Many individual sacrifices were made on our behalf, and there is not anyway to repay you for your effort. You went way beyond what is called for as our representative. THANK YOU is not enough even capitalized.

We can and will, and have recommended you to our friends. Any time we hear that someone is in need of reliable real-estate advice we make sure your name comes up as a caring aand dependable agent.
